I have been inspecting homes for years as an adjuster doing both daily (local) work and major catastrophe work.  I am licensed to work in over 40 states in disasters and I also have my NFIP (National Flood Insurance Program) license. In the past 3 years I have inspected nearly 3000 homes around the Southeast.  I am experienced both as an inspector and also in building homes.  As an adjuster, my job is to rebuild your home as it was or better, the same goes with home inspections, only I will give you a report pointing out anything and everything you will need to know about that home.  You will rest easy with your purchase knowing that you are making an informed decision knowing all the facts.
